构建研究生课程教学质量评估体系的探索与实践

Exploring and Experiencing the Evaluation System on the Teaching Quality of Postgraduate Courses

  • 摘要: 研究生课程学习是研究生培养的重要环节之一。建立行之有效的教学质量评估方法,促进课堂教学质量不断提高,是研究生教育必须面对的重要问题之一。根据研究生课程教学目标培养研究生知识创新能力这一总体指导思想,提出了研究生课程教学评估包括该学科课程框架体系,课程教学大纲与内容,以及研究生创新能力评估三个层次内容,建立教师评学、学生网上评教和教学督导组与专家评教相结合的评估方法。通过研究生课程教学评估,促进课程教学模式改革和课程教学质量提高。

     

    Abstract: The postgraduate courses are one of the important aspects of postgraduates cultivation. One of the important problems to be faced with is to establish effective evaluation methods on the teaching quality and to promote the improvement of the in-class teaching quality. Based on the general idea that postgraduate courses teaching is to cultivate the knowledge innovation capability of the postgraduates, this article proposes that the evaluation on postgraduate courses teaching should include three levels of contents, i.e. the frame system of the discipline courses, the brief outline and contents of the courses teaching, and the evaluation on the innovation capability of the postgraduates. This article also proposes that the evaluation should establish an evaluation method combining the teachings’ evaluation learning, the postgraduates’ on-line evaluation on teaching, and the teaching evaluation from the teaching steering group and experts. Through the evaluation on the postgraduate courses teaching, the reformation on the teaching mode and teaching quality are improved.
