摘要: 在探讨大学文化内涵的基础上,确立了大学文化建设的四个维度:精神文化、物质文化、行为文化和环境文化。并从此四个维度出发,构建了评价大学文化建设评分依据的三级指标体系,提出了自评和互评的评价方法和评估模型。所提出的指标体系和评估方法为检验大学文化建设成效提供了可操作性的理论和方法,有助于改善大学文化建设无据可依的局面。

Abstract: Based on further discussion of connotation of university culture, this paper con structs the three-level index system for evaluating university culture. It also proposes the method and model for self and mutual evaluation. In conclusion, th is thesis offers the operational theory and method to assess the effect of unive rsity culture construction.
