An Analysis of the Problem of China-s Rural Old-age Supporting System and Countermeasures

摘要: 农村养老保障是农村社会保障体系的重要内容。当今社会,人口老龄化、家庭结构变迁、人口流动及养老观念变迁等现象日益突出,针对以上问题分别提出了运用个人养老保障机制、完善土地流转制度、继续宣传家庭养老等解决对策;此外,还对政府在养老保险制度的建设中应担负的职责提出了建议。

Abstract: The rural old-age security is an important content of the rural social security. Today, the phenomena such as the aging population, family structure, the floating population and the change of endowment ideas are becoming increasingly prominent. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes the following countermeasures: to use the personal old-age security mechanism, improve the land transfer system and continue to promote the family pension; in addition, it proposes the government-s duties on building the old-age insurance system.
