Abstract:
Through the perspective of outsourcing services of original countries, this article first describes the outsourcing services on the basic theory, and makes a qualitative comparative study from the level of the current situation and the characteristics of outsourcing services in China and India. Then, the paper, according to a model of empirical research on service employment-s impact from IT outsourcing to the original countries, draws a conclusion that outsourcing is influenced by the four variables of wages, outsourcing coefficient, foreign investment and outsourcing profit. Finally the article puts forward some rationalization proposals to the development of China-s outsourcing.
