Product Development Scheduling Model Based on DSM And Its Application

  • 摘要: 在复杂产品开发项目中,由于设计任务间大量耦合关系的存在使得对该类项目的进度规划管 理非常困难,而DSM为解决这种困难提供了一种工具和方法。文章在布尔DSM模型基础上,利用熵的概念构建了数值型DSM模型,并根据任务的初始完成时间和任务之间的迭代关系进一步构建了进度规划模型,最后对某机械装置设计开发过程进行了进度规划。结果显示,与传统的项目规划方法相比,该模型更符合实际的进度执行,对实际过程的指导意义更明显。
    Abstract: In a complex product development project, interdependent relationships in tasks are the main characteristics, which induce product development schedul ing to become more difficult. The design structure matrix (DSM) can resolve the problem. A new DSM model is designed based on the traditional DSM model and entr opy by the paper. According to tasks' duration and iterations, a further schedul ing model is reconstructed. The model is applied in a mechanical product develop ment project. The result suggests that the DSM model is more convenient in the r eal development process than the traditional DSM model, and is able to give more specific guidance to the development process.
