Study on the Concept and Character of Aerospace Objects

摘要: 自1995年以来,航空航天物体的相关法律问题一直是联合国外空委下属的法律小组委员会讨论的重点。根据各国对法律小组委员会发出的调查表中所涉问题的答复,对其概念、特征和性质进行了系统的研究,并得出了明确的结论。

Abstract: The legal problem of aerospace objects has been an important issue discussed by the Legal Subcommittee of UNCOPUOS (Committee on t he Peaceful Uses of Outer Space) since 1995. On the basis of replies from some c ountries to items in the questionnaire issued by the Legal Subcommittee, the aut hor presents a study into the concept, character and attributes of aerospace obj ects and arrives at some explicit conclusions.
