A Learning University Is a Place That Cultivates the Creative and Sustainable Talents

摘要: 培养能够持续学习和创新的人才是当前高校的主要任务,建立学习型高校是培养学习型人才的基础平台。从学习型高校的特征、构建学习型高校的意义等方面,阐述构建学习型高校的过程和方法,以推进中国高校从传统教学型运行机制向现代学习型运行机制转化,实现自身可持续性发展和创新型人才的培养,从而有助于和谐社会的创建。

Abstract: It is a major mission for colleges and universities of China to cultivate intell igent people who like to study sustainably and have a creative mind. Learning-s tyle colleges and universities are a base for cultivating intelligent people. Co lleges and universities can show the characteristics of learning-style organiza tion as a learning place. We can summarize the process and method of building up learning-style colleges and universities from their characteristics, organizat ion and the running of their system of learning-style. Universities will be cha nged and advanced from the system of traditional teaching to a modern one, and r each the goal of sustainably self-developing and cultivating people with a crea tive mind, which is helpful to the building up of a harmonious society.
