摘要: 在系统分析本科生中实行导生制的必要性和可行性的基础上,以北京航空航天大学自动化学院350302班的"导生制"试点为背景,探讨了建立和实施导生制这一学生管理制度的相关内容,并结合实践情况讨论了目前导生制实施过程中存在的主要问题及其对策。

Abstract: Firstly, the necessity and in the feasibility of implementing the moni torial system in the undergraduates was introduced. Then, class 350302 of Beihan g University was taken as a typical example, the effective establishment and imp lementation regulations of monitorial system were discussed in detail. Finally, according to the exact practice, the main issues and the countermeasures of the undergraduate monitorial system were presented.
