摘要: 政府治理理念是对政府治理活动合规律性和合价值性的认知定势和认知运行模式的总和,从本质上讲是一种思维模式,这就决定了它具有与时俱进的理论品质,其创新是政府改革的先声和基点。随着社会的发展,中国传统政府治理理念的局限性日益明显,而社会主义市场经济体制的完善及中国融入全球化进程的加深,更提出了创新政府治理理念的需求。

Abstract: Idea of government management is a complex of tendency and running model of cognition to government and its regularity and value. In essence, it's a mode of thinking with the quality of keeping pace with times. The idea innovation of the government management is the forerunner and basic point of the theory. With the development of the society, the limitation of traditional idea of government management has become increasingly evident. And, the improvement of socialist market economic mechanism and the deepening of globalization all need to innovate the idea of government management.
