摘要: 引入国外spin-off概念,介绍了美国spin-off情况,详细分析了不同的母组织和裂变公司的关系,以及spin-off产生的条件和内部动力机制,并对中国发展spin-off技术转移机制提出了几点建议。

Abstract: The present paper introduces the spinoff concept, sets forth spinoff corporation complexion of American, analyzes the relation about different types of spinoff between its parent organization and qualification of its birth and interior dynamical mechanism, and puts forward some suggestions to the development of spinoff technology transfer mechanism in China.
