摘要: 大学核心竞争力是创建一流大学的动力之源，培育大学核心竞争力是一个综合系统的过程，它必须围绕核心优势，突出大学特色，把合理定位、准确选择、系统实施和资源整合有机结合起来，才能培育出大学的核心竞争力。

Abstract: The core competence of a university is the impetus resource to build up firstclass university. Fostering core competence of a university is a systematic and comprehensive process which must focus on core priorities, develop university characters, and integrate together rational orientation, exact selection, systematical execution and resource adjusting. Only by this way, can the core competence of universities be established.
