摘要: 恐怖分子实施的网络攻击具备物理破坏和心理打击双重效应,由此已经具备心理战的基本特征。其发生的可能性随着网络的快速发展而不断加大,也因此受到越来越多的国家的重视。因此,认识其基本特点,进而防范其发生就显得尤为重要。

Abstract: As the network attack the terrorist actualized can lead to dual effects both on the physical and mental destroys, which bears the characteristics of the psychological warfare. With the high-speed development of the network, the possibility of the network attack occurrence augments, which draws attention from more and more nations. Nowadays how to avoid its occurrence becomes more important than ever.
