Goal, Contents and Ways of the Intellectual Property Management in Universities

摘要: 随着科技战略的深入实施,高校应在国家创新系统中发挥更好的作用。文章围绕高校任务,提出了高校知识产权管理的目标和内容,并着重从制度、组织、管理方式、战略研究等多个方面论述了在新形势下加强高校知识产权管理的措施。

Abstract: Along with the deployment of the Sci-Tech. strategy in new century, universities should play a more important role in the national innovation system. The goal and the contents of the intellectual property management in universities are put forward according to the university's task, and reinforcing ways suggested from perspectives of the system, organization, management method and strategy.
