摘要: 在建立企业核心能力系统演化过程模型的基础上,从知识的角度对企业核心能力系统的演化机理进行了分析,并针对某飞机工业(集团)有限责任公司的企业核心能力系统进行了实证分析。研究成果对企业核心能力系统的管理具有重要的理论意义。

Abstract: With the model of corporation core competence system set by the authors, a case study on the evolution mechanism was conducted, which brought about significant result for the management of corporation core competence.
