Function of Intermediary Institutions in Personnel Structure Regulations

摘要: 以诺思为代表的新制度经济学理论在解决人才结构调整方面具有良好的借鉴意义,该文仅以其中的委托代理等相关理论,对利用中介机构优化配置人才结构信息资源,完善人才市场化运作机制进行了理论上的探讨。Abstract: The new System Economics theory, represented by North, can be taken as a favorable reference in the personnel structure regulation. This paper, based on the related entrustment theory of System Economics, theoretically probes into the operating mechanism for optimizing information source collocation of the personnel structure and for perfecting the personnel marketing through the intermediary institutions.
