摘要: 在介绍相关概念和方法的基础上,对高校培养能力的管理过程进行了分析。针对教育系统的特点建立了服务生产理论的初步描述框架,对高校制定服务(培养)能力规划、能力管理决策具有参考价值。

Abstract: Based on the introduction of the relative concept and approach of production theory, an analysis on the process of promoting the development ability of higher learning institutions was made, and a descriptive framework of the service production theory concerning the features of educational system built up.
