E-government & Rebuilding of Governmental Administration Process

摘要: 随着信息技术的发展,电子政务逐渐由理论研究进入应用阶段。政府作为电子政务的主体,如何应对由此引发的挑战,是政府必须认真思考的问题。以政府行政机构改革为中心,优化和再造政府行政流程,是实施电子政务的必然要求,也是政府部门应对电子政务挑战的有力举措。

Abstract: With the development of information technology, the E-government gradually enters the application stage from theoretical research. As the main body of E-government, how to face the challenges coming from this is a big issue that government must consider thoroughly. With administrative structure reform as the key, optimizing and reengineering governmental administration process is the inevitable request of the E-government and also the effective action that the government shoulders the challenges from E-government.
