Dynamic Analysis of the Correlated Mergence of the State Owned Enterprises

摘要: 世界经济快速变化和发展对中国国有企业的成长与发展提出了挑战。基于企业规模经济理论和企业成长的现实要求, 以中国国有企业为研究主体, 以企业核心产品的生命周期为理论框架, 探讨了企业面临不同市场环境时, 以不同的关联性并购行为为表现形式的成长方式, 试图提出一种分析模型和思维方式, 以期为企业和企业家们的决策实践提供参考。

Abstract: The rapid change and development of the world economy bring about more challenges to the development and expansion of the state owned enterprises . Onthe basis of the enterprises Magnitude Economical Theory and the enterprises’realistic expanding desire ,and inthe theoretical frame of the lifecycle of the core product , this paper discusses the different correlated merging actions that are to realize the enterprises expansion in the variant market circumstances . The analysis and thinking modes put forward in this paper can probably provide references for the managers of the state owned enterprises intheir decision- making practice .
