Internationalization of Chinese Engineering Education

摘要: 围绕“经济全球化”这一时代主题,通过工程教育标准的国际比较,从现实层面认识21世纪的中国工程教育改革与发展,并借鉴一些发达国家的举措,对中国如何加快工程教育国际化发展的进程进行探索。Abstract: In accordance with the tendency of Economic Globalization, this paper critically considers the orientation of the reform and development of Chinese engineering education by briefly comparing and analyzing the three different engineering education evaluation criteria and engineer's qualification systems in USA, UK and China. Referring to the practical standards used in developed countries, this paper also attempts to explore how to accelerate the pace of the internationalization of Chinese engineering education in the 21st century.
