摘要: 分析了中国公益基金会"长不大"的原因,考察了政府和社会对基金会监督乏力的若干因素,辨明了有关基金会"违规"投资的诸问题。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the reasons for the “never grownup” phenomenon of Chinese Public Welfare Foundations, investigates the factors which influence the ineffective supervision of the government and society over foundations, discusses the problems of investments which violated the rules of certain foundations.
