Abstract:
With the continuous development of the socialist market economy, some unprecedented phenomena of the relationship between the capital (the internal administrator) and labor (the person who works in the enterprise but without any investment) within the enterprise, particularly the enterprise of non-public ownership, have occurred. For example, conflicts between capital and labor frequently occurred, even strikes. Previous ways to resolve these problems are obviously unsuitable nowadays. Therefore, aiming on providing a train of thought for resolving the practical problems, we put forward, on the experience of Germany, the way to solve the relationship problems between the capital and labor.
