摘要: 针对目前北京奥运基础设施建设对资金的迫切需要和项目融资市场的巨大发展潜力,对项目融资各种模式的优缺点进行分析,分层次探讨北京奥运会基础设施建设可采取的融资方式, 提出相关建议

Abstract: This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various project-financi ng models on the basis of the fund urge of the infrastructure in Beijing Olympic s and the great development potential of the project financing market.After hie rarchically discussing the available financing models of the Beijing Olympics in frastructure, the paper offers some relevant advice.
