On the Application of Career Planning Theory to Teacher-training Programs in Universities

    Abstract: This paper introduces Career Planning theory of hu man resources management and explores the establishment of a teacher-training s ystem at different development stages in universities. After a nalyzing the characteristic of teachers' career development, the paper suggests that programs of diverse forms be established which can contribute to the develo pment of teachers' careers.
