摘要: 发展高新技术产业,用高新技术及先进适用技术改造传统产业,促进产业结构的调整,是中国经济建设的关键。从市场竞争的规律与产业之间发展的关联性出发,运用博弈论的方法分析了产业结构调整中选择重点技术的机制,并通过这一机制揭示出产业结构调整中值得注意的几个方面。

Abstract: In China, the key point of economic development lies in the promotion of industr ial structure readjustment by means of developing its hi-tech and transforming traditional industries with the applicable technology. This paper, in the viewpo ints of market competition regulation and developmental relationship between ind ustries,analyzes the mechanism of selecting key technologies in industrial stru cture readjustment in terms of a game theory, and reveals some noteworthy aspect s in the process of structural readjustment.
