摘要: 通过对近几年北京航空航天大学工程硕士招生情况和做法的回顾,分析了目前企业、部队、科研院所的人才结构现状,以及如何利用市场的优势开展广泛的招生宣传,并进一步提出了工程硕士招生工作的新思路。

Abstract: On the basis of reviewing the admission and practical work of ME in B UAA of the past years, this paper makes an analysis of the current personnel str ucture of some enterprises, of the army and of the institutes of scientific rese arch and presents some new ideas regarding the practical work and how to expand enrollment of students by means of extensive advertisement.
