摘要: 行政诉讼带来了高校管理的新挑战,与短时间内完善法律、法规的方法相比,听证程序是建 立高校有效管理的途径,其特点表现在听证程序的法理基础和具体的内容设置上。因此,听 证程序能够更加灵活的解决高校的现实问题。Abstract: The administrative instance has produced a new challenge for collegian management. In comparison with the management by perfecting the laws, hearing i nstance is an available and the effective way to establish the cosmos of collegi an management, which features its basic legal relations and detailed content an d can work more flexibly at the practical problems with collegian management.
