Abstract: Canceling housing welfare distribution and establishing housing subsid iary system is a milestone in the reform of housing socialization in China. The paper discusses the present conditions of housing subsidiary system and some urg ent problems to be resolved and presents some suggestions based on the similar s ystems of foreign institutions of housing subsidiary.
