Constructing Function to the Harmonious Society and the Development Strategies of Non-governmental Organizations

摘要: 非政府组织在构建和谐社会过程中具有优化结构、创新组织和整合社会的功能,是推动政府职能转变、促进公民社会成长、整合社会利益冲突、维护社会稳定、实现社会相对和谐的有效机制与必要条件。但是,中国的非政府组织还面临诸多发展困境,需要探索科学合理的发展策略。

Abstract: Non-governmental Organizations have functions of improving structure, innovatin g organizations and integrating society to harmonious society. Being effective m echanism and indispensable prerequisite, Non-governmental Organizations can pro mote the transformation of government obligation and facilitate the maturity of civil society. However, Non-governmental organizations in China are confronted with some development predicament, which urges us to seek scientific and reasona ble development strategies.
