Abstract:
Memory in simultaneous interpretation is an extremely important type of ability, but in the memorization process, information tends to be overflowing or missing , and during the processes of information input, preservation and output as well as possible wrong comprehension and improper effort allocation, certain informa tion tends to be lost. In oral translation, then, information conservation is di fficult to realize. Therefore, various strategies such as condensing, aid-using , substituting, guessing and explaining need to be adopted to cope with the insu fficient information in the process of simultaneous interpretation.
