摘要: 家庭高等教育相对成本是家庭高等教育直接成本与家庭收入的比例，它能直接反映不同收入家庭高等教育的相对负担水平。由于城乡收入水平不同，同样的收费标准便形成了城乡高等教育相对成本差异，农村家庭高等教育相对成本远远高于城市家庭。这种差异影响到城乡家庭及学生个人的教育投资行为，形成了城乡教育事实上的不公平。

Abstract: he relative cost of higher education is the rate of personal education cost and family income, which indicates the relative burden between families with different income. Because of the income gap between urban and rural families, the indi scriminate tuition system of higher education results in the difference relative cost. The relative cost of rural family is far higher than that of the urban family. This affects a family's education investment behavior and brought out inequity between rural and urban family.
