摘要: 通过调研百名导师对硕士研究生选拔机制改革问题的看法,从导师视角对目前硕士生招生制度主要环节进行了深入分析。重点探讨了硕士生选拔定位、复试、免试推荐和生源问题,并提出了相关设想和对策建议。

Abstract: Based on a questionnaire and interviews among one hundred-odd supervisors, this paper deeply analyzes some defects remaining in the course of the present graduates enrollment system. Main issues such as re-examination system, nominated & examination-free criterion and policy-favored candidates are discussed. Some proposals and institutional designs are also offered.
