A Model Design to Ensure the Effectiveness of the Second Round of The Graduate Record Examination

Abstract: The second round of examinations is an important part of the graduate record examination and a basic link of assuring the student quality. So it should reflect fairness and impartiality of the procedures and entity, ensure the justice of the second round of examinations work, select the excellent students who have solid expertise, good research potential and comprehensive quality so as to actively promote a benign development of graduate education.
