摘要: 完善的博士研究生招生质量保障体系是高校提高博士研究生培养质量的基础与前提。文章分析了中国当前博士研究生招生工作的现状以及存在的问题,在此基础上,提出应当从生源质量目标机制、招生工作过程控制机制、招生培养协调机制、招生质量监控与反馈机制四方面完善博士研究生招生质量保障体系的建议。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the present conditions and the problems of admission system for the doctoral candidates' education in China. The quality guarantee of admission system for the doctoral candidates' education should be composed of four aspects: the quality target mechanism of students' source, the process control mechanism, the harmonious mechanism between admission and training system, and the quality supervision and the feedback mechanism.
