摘要: 阐述了读研收费的意义及其可行性,通过对研究生教育成本分担理论的探讨,提出了读研收费的标准及其资助办法。

Abstract: This paper expounds the significance and the possibility of charging the graduate students for education. By delving into the possibility of sharing the cost for educating the graduate students, it suggests a workable standard for charging the graduate students as well as subsidizing them.
