摘要

摘要: 在简析项目管理成熟度模型(PMMM)内涵的基础上,介绍了国际PMMM在电子商务、质量安全、航空航天等领域最新的发展动态以及国内神舟飞船PMMM及企业ERP实施能力成熟度分析等信息,并对其改进空间和发展趋势进行了探析与展望。

Abstract: Upon a brief introduction of the Project Management Maturity Model (PMMM), this article introduces the latest developments of PMMM in fields like electronic commerce , quality safety, aviation and aerospace, as well as PMMM for Chinese Shenzhou Airship and analysis on ERP implementation capability maturity; and makes an analysis or expectation of its improvement and developing trend.
