摘要: 从人类发展史和文化特性看,优化本土科技文化是提升国家科技创新力的必要战略。大学需要长期坚持,把优化本土科技文化理念转为日常行动,成为大学的基本工作内容。其可行性操作路径包括探究通识性和专业性本土科技文化内容和育人措施,营造优化本土科技文化工作的人文环境,并抓住大学优化文化和优化育人的常规工作细节。

Abstract: The culture of science and technology is the nutrition to the creation of national science and technology. Apart from directly contributing technological achievements and human resources, universities also have the function of optimizing the local technological culture, which is necessary to enhance the country-s softpower and to maintain the development of national innovation. This point should not be neglected. This paper discusses briefly the mechanism for optimizing local technology culture of higher education.
