Construction of Teacher-Student Dialogue Relationship in Chinese Higher Education Institutions

摘要: 对话是高校师生关系的本真,反对话则是对教育终极价值的背离,而目前中国高校师生关系呈现出一定的反对话特征。文章在分析高校师生对话关系的本质、反对话师生关系的表现及其原因的基础上,提出要建构中国高校相互尊重、民主、平等的师生对话关系。Abstract: Dialogue is the true essence of teacher-student relationship in higher educational institutions; anti-dialogue deviates from the ultimate value of education. At present, the teacher-student relationship in higher educational institutions of China is characterized by an anti-dialogue relationship to some degree. Based on this analysis of the essence of dialogue teacher-student relationship, the representation of anti-dialogue teacher-student relationship and its reasons, this article presents several suggestions to building the dialogue teacher-student relationship in Chinese higher educational institutions.
