Study on Innovation Efficiencies of Universities of CSTIND Based on DEA Model

  • 摘要: 国防自主创新是国防工业发展的核心所在。原国防科工委所属的7所高校在国防基础研究、应用技术探索、国防人才输送等方面发挥着重要作用,是中国的国防科技创新体系的重要组成部分。文章用DEA模型测算了这几所高校的相对创新效率,使用投影面的方法为非DEA有效的决策单元测算了其达到DEA有效的数值,并根据DEA结果指出高校提高国防科技创新效率的有效途径。
    Abstract: The independent innovations of defense science and technology are the cores of the development of the defence industry. Seven CSTIND universities play an important role in the national defense research, application of technical exploration to defense use and technicians- cultivations. In this paper, we build a DEA model to calculate relative efficiencies of seven CSTIND universities, use the DEA method to calculate the units for non-DEA efficient universities to reach the DEA effective and prompt the ways for the universities to improve their innovation efficiencies in national defense science and technology.
