Relationship between French Engineer Education and Enterprises

摘要: 法国的现代工业之所以在当今世界具有举足轻重的地位,其独树一帜的工程师培养模式起到了不可替代的作用。工程师学校非常重视与企业界建立紧密的伙伴关系,学校通过校董会的体制使得企业直接参与学校管理,学校的兼职教师有很大一部分是来自于企业一线的工程师,学校获得企业的培训税,承担企业的研究课题和员工的继续教育等。企业也非常重视与学校的合作,为学生提供所需的生产实习机会,承担学校的一部分教学任务,向学校出借或赠送可供教学用的仪器设备等。这种紧密的产学研合作有力地促进了工程师的培养和企业的技术进步。Abstract: Modern industry of France plays an important role in the world in that its unique engineer education pattern is pivotal. Engineer schools pay more attention to the partnership with enterprises through school directorate, in which the enterprises could participate in the school management. An engineer school could select some part-time teachers from famous enterprises to teach its students, get some research projects and provide continuous education for the enterprise employees. On the other hand, the enterprises focus on the collaboration with engineer schools by providing enough internship opportunities for the students, taking on some curriculum education and donating some educational apparatus. This tight school-enterprise cooperation boosts the advancement of engineer training and enterprise development.
