贡达尔诗歌的多声叙事对整一性的消解

  • 摘要: 以《呼啸山庄》驰名文坛的英国19世纪女作家艾米莉·勃朗特也以诗才傲世。在诗歌创作中,艾米莉吸收了浪漫主义诗歌的精髓,同时,她独特的个性和孤独的生活方式又使其作品游离在主流文学的边缘,显得特立独行。她在创作贡达尔诗歌时,多视点、多声部的叙事技巧消解了传统叙事的整体性和统一性,触及了存在的本质,使作品流露出一种虚无主义的思想。文章将就多声叙事对传统叙事整一性的消解来探讨贡达尔诗歌中的两个叙事诗序列。

     

    Abstract: Emily Bronte, a 19th-century English novelist who is famous for her Wuthering Heights, can also boast of her genuine poetic talents. In her poems, she has absorbed the essence of Romanticism in poetry, while her unique personality and isolated lifestyle have marginalized her writings. In her Gondal poetry, the multi-perspective and polyphonic narration has deconstructed the integrity produced by the traditional narrative techniques, thereby penetrated deep into the nature of existence and a sense of nihilism is thus revealed. The paper is devoted to the discussion and elaboration of the polyphonic narration employed in two narrative sequences in Gondal poetry.
