Abstract:
Sartre had been studying his philosophy of existentialism on "people" to show us his human rights theory. Based on the philosophy of Sartre-s existential study, we, firstly, introduce the basis of his human rights mainly from the perspective of theory and practice; secondly, give a more detailed knowledge about his human rights from four aspects: the "Unified in one world", "human freedom", "man of ethics and responsibility" and "human liberation"; thirdly, discuss his ideas of human rights from both positive and negative thoughts, and lastly, explore the values of Sartre-s human rights on building of Marxist human rights and socialist human rights with Chinese characteristics.
