摘要: 民航法律体系是中国特色社会主义法律体系的组成部分。当前中国民航法律体系存在着冲突、缺失等不和谐因素,与民航法律体系所追求的和谐价值目标相悖。在和谐理念的指引下完善中国民航法律体系不仅是一个理论问题,还具有显著的实践意义。

Abstract: The legal system of civil aviation is an integral part of China-s socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics. At present, there are some disharmonious factors such as conflict and absence in the legal system of civil aviation, which is contradictory to its pursuit of the value of harmony. Under the guidance of the concept of harmony, the perfection of the legal system of civil aviation is not only a theoretical issue, but also has great practical significance.
