Abstract:
In order to accurately and objectively evaluate the effectiveness of training system of large enterprises, combines analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE) method to construct the training system effectiveness evaluation model, then uses the evaluation model to evaluate three large enterprises-training system of Sinopec, Capital airport, Taikang Life. The evaluation results can objectively reflect present status of large enterprises-training system. it can be found that large enterprises not only have advantages of good training organization system and rich training resources, but also have deficiencies and problems, for instance, training system coordination degree is still insufficient; information platform function yet needs to be improved ;assessment level is not deep enough ;software construction is neglected and so on.
