关于理工大学管理学院创办实验班的思考——基于北航经管学院的实践

Reflections about School of Management in Institute of Technology Creating an Experimental Class: Practice of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics

摘要: 为探索创新型研究人才的培养模式,从20世纪80年代开始,国内很多高校创办了符合自己办学特色的实验班,积累了丰富的实践经验。北航经管学院吸取已有实验班的优点,同时尽力克服他们已有的问题,结合自身发展优势,为创办实验班进行了各种条件建设,创办了本科人才培养创新实验班,从培养目标、生源选择与培养模式、办学模式等方面提出了实验班的建设思路。

Abstract: Many higher eductions have established experimental classes sticking to their school characteristics to explore training mode for innovation-oriented research talents since 1980s. And they gather more experiences. The School of Economics & Management in Beihang University examines their achievements and problems under the current conditions. Then he have made preparations for experimental class and establish it taking advantage of his academic research. Finally, he sets up the constructing ideas about this experimental class in the aspects of educational objectives, selecting their students-source, training mode and school-running mode and so on.
