Abstract: The brilliant thought "serve the people heart and soul" of Mao Zedong is the valuable spirit wealth of communist Party of China. In the important time of celebration of the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Party, we review this brilliant thought, study and explore the historical origin ,system info and the scientific connotation of it.
