Abstract:
Employability has been a key field in Western Higher Education research since 1990s. In China, poor employability has become a critical factor for graduates with their hard job-hunting since 2000s. However, little research on university students-employability has been done. The paper tries to build up a development model to enhance university students-employability by the standards of graduates-employers. Furthermore, an implementation plan to the model by career interventions will be discussed.
