摘要: 认识发展的本质经过了漫长而曲折的过程。海外开发或经济增长等早期的发展观都未能准确地揭示发展的本质。回顾佩鲁的著作以及此后发展观的演进历史,发现佩鲁提出的新发展观拓展了发展知识的研究视野,重新确立了发展观的哲学基础,为后来发展观的演进做出了重要的贡献。

Abstract: To understand the nature of development, people have gone through a long and arduous process. Development or economic growth overseas and other early concepts of development do not accurately reveal the nature of development. Reviewing both Perroux's works, as well as the evolution of the concept of development since then, this paper argues that the new concept of development put forward by Perroux expands the research vision of the development knowledge, re-establishes the philosophical foundation of the concept of development and makes an important contribution for the future evolution of the concept of development.
