Abstract:
Safeguarding international civil aviation against acts of unlawful interference is the key work of security of civil aviation. However, due to the difference of domestic views about acts of unlawful interference, there are different definitions in national regulations which have caused adverse influence to the operation of work. The new edition of
Annex 17 defines such acts jeopardizing the safety of civil aviation and enlarges the types of acts. So, we need to identify correctly acts of unlawful interference according to the new edition,and adopt the amendment, as well as reduce the discrepancy between national regulations and international papers.
