Study on CMMI: Based Project Quality Management for JinHer Software Company

摘要: 能力成熟度模型集成(CMMI)是中小软件企业广泛接受的质量管理体系。中国自引入CMM/CMMI,并大力在中小型软件企业推广的过程中,暴露出的最大问题是落地难和不可持续发展。围绕着CMMI模型如何在国内的中小型软件企业落地和可持续发展,重点对金和软件公司当前的软件项目质量管理情况进行了调研,提出该公司基于CMMI的项目质量管理方案,并通过对该公司的协同办公平台进行系统性的定制开发,使该项目质量管理方案得以落地、实施,从而实现了项目管理与CMMI的最佳结合,显著提升了该公司项目管理绩效。Abstract: Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a system of quality management which is widely accepted by small-and medium-sized software enterprises. China has introduced CMM/CMMI and strongly promoted it among its small- and medium-sized software enterprises. During this process, it has been found that the most difficult task is how to implement it and keep it sustainable. This paper, on the basis of analyzing the application and sustainable development of CMMI model in China's small- and medium-sized software enterprises, conducts an investigation on JinHer Company's current quality management of software projects,and the author proposes a CMMI-based project quality management solution, and implements it by systematically customizing and developing JinHer collaboration platform. In this way, it proves feasible for the best combination of project management and CMMI model, significantly improving the company's project management performance.
