摘要: 同行评议方法是目前科学研究评价的有效手段,专家选择是影响同行评议效果的重要因素。通过构建专家基础识别指标体系,运用熵权法计算各指标的权系数,建立了同行评议专家选择模型,并通过算例分析,验证了模型的可行性。

Abstract: Peer review is taken as an effective strategy in evaluation of scientific research. And the effect of expert selection plays an important role in the result of peer review. This paper is trying to propose an index system of identifying expert and a calculation of the index weight by Entropy Weight as well. Based on the researched assumption and case study, the model of expert selection in peer review is established and the model is proved to be effective.
